careerio („die App") ist ein persönliches Karriereplanungs-Tool.
Was wir erfassen
Bei der Anmeldung mit Google speichern wir deinen Namen, deine E-Mail-Adresse und dein Profilbild ausschließlich zur Identifikation deines Kontos. Deine Roadmap, Check-ins und Coach-Gespräche werden in Google Firebase gespeichert und deiner Nutzer-ID zugeordnet.
Wie wir deine Daten nutzen
Deine Daten werden ausschließlich zur Bereitstellung und Verbesserung der App verwendet. Wir verkaufen, vermieten oder teilen deine persönlichen Daten nicht mit Dritten.
KI-Verarbeitung
Roadmap-Generierung und Coaching nutzen Google Gemini. Prompts enthalten deine Onboarding-Antworten und Roadmap-Kontext. Daten werden nicht zum Training von Modellen verwendet.
In-App-Käufe und Abonnements
careerio bietet ein optionales Pro-Abonnement. Die Zahlung wird ausschließlich von Google Play (Android) bzw. Apple (iOS) abgewickelt — wir erhalten keine Zahlungsdaten wie Kreditkartennummern oder Bankverbindungen. Zur Verwaltung der Abonnement-Status nutzen wir RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., USA). RevenueCat erhält deine anonyme Nutzer-ID, Kaufzeitpunkt, Abo-Status und Plattform — keine sonstigen personenbezogenen oder finanziellen Daten. Weitere Informationen unter revenuecat.com/privacy.
Datenspeicherung
Alle Daten werden auf Google-Cloud-Servern (Firebase) in der EU/US-Region gespeichert. Daten sind durch Firebase-Sicherheitsregeln geschützt, die auf dein Konto beschränkt sind.
Deine Rechte
Du kannst dein Konto und alle zugehörigen Daten jederzeit unter Einstellungen → Konto löschen entfernen. Nach der Löschung werden deine Daten dauerhaft entfernt.

careerio ("the App") is a personal career planning tool.
What we collect
When you sign in with Google, we store your name, email address, and profile picture solely to identify your account. Your roadmap, check-ins, and coach conversations are stored in Google Firebase and linked to your user ID.
How we use your data
Your data is used exclusively to provide and improve the App. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.
AI processing
Roadmap generation and coaching use Google Gemini. Prompts contain your onboarding answers and roadmap context. No data is used to train models.
In-app purchases and subscriptions
careerio offers an optional Pro subscription. Payments are processed exclusively by Google Play (Android) or Apple (iOS) — we never receive payment details such as credit card numbers or bank information. To manage subscription status we use RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., USA). RevenueCat receives your anonymous user ID, purchase timestamp, subscription status, and platform — no other personal or financial data. For more information see revenuecat.com/privacy.
Data storage
All data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase) servers in the EU/US region. Data is protected by Firebase security rules scoped to your account.
Your rights
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete account. After deletion, your data is permanently removed.
